March Madness is back, and everyone is filling out their brackets, but this year, many people are turning to AI for help.
I did. Instead of picking teams, I prompted an AI to generate a full bracket with built-in upsets in the first and third rounds. (Expect a UConn upset in round one). AI delivered instantly, balancing favorites with calculated chaos.
The result felt less like guessing and more like strategy. That is the shift. Brackets are no longer just predictions, they are now constructed outcomes. Users set constraints, and AI optimizes the path.
March Madness has always been unpredictable and AI wont change this, but it will change how people play the game.
